Role Purpose: To lead and ensure implementation of contracts in consistence with the design, costs and timing defined for large corporate customers of Public Sector. Key responsibilities: - Responsible for the E2E implementation of complex solutions (connectivity, LAN infrastructure, VOIP, VDS, ecc.) for customers of Public Sector, from contract signature to service bill, ensuring consistency with Quality, Timing and Cost - Providing leadership to the overall project team and partnering role with Customer and partners involved. - Identifing project risks and anticipating course of action to proactively manage and mitigate them. - Responsible for the communication with all stakeholders involved in the projects, especially with the customer, using structured project management tools and methodologies (GANTT, SAL, Registers, ecc.) - Coordinating of workstreams across various organizations both externally (the Customer, third party providers) and internally (sales, engineering, operations). - Managing escalations and take accountability for the de-escalation process coordinating recovery activities, negotiations and stakeholders' engagement - Supporting Sales department during the design of the solution for delivery requirements. Core competencies, knowledge and experience: - Profound knowledge of Public Sector and CONSIP tenders delivery - Excellent project management skills - Good knowledge of core and innovative TLC services: MPLS networks, security and Voice Services, 5G, IoT - Good relational skills in international and multicultural contexts - Strong negotiation and mediation skills and aptitude for detailed reporting - Fluency in English Must have technical / professional qualifications: - Degree in Engineering, preferably Telecommunication Engineering - Project Management (PMP, Priince2 certifications are preferred) - Scientific or engineering degree preferred - 3 years of ICT experience in Public Sector - 5 years of experience in Project Management
