PpJob ID: | ADCI - BLR 14 SEZ - F07 /ppThe Retail Business Services (RBS) group is an integral part of Amazon´s online product life-cycle and supports buying operations. The team’s primary role is to support the creation and enhancement of retail selection on the worldwide Amazon online catalog. The tasks handled by this group can impact online user experience. /ppThe successful Subject Matter Expert is a problem-solver, mentor and communicator with strong expertise in process optimizations and systems thinking. You will engage directly with multiple internal teams to drive business projects for the RBS team. You will utilize a wide range of skills and work across major functional areas such operations, vendor management and program management, to independently drive the performance improvement projects. In this role you will be focused on the execution and operational aspects of critical work involved for Amazon customers (vendors/vendor managers/end customer), root cause analysis of issues and opportunities affecting the business. Please note that you will be expected to specifically work on transactional but business critical activities and have a hands-on approach. /ph3Responsibilities /h3ulliSuccess will be measured by the performance of your internal teams on input metrics and individual project deliverables /liliBuild strong communication channels at all levels, set proper expectations, provide clear status communications, and manage towards a growth plan for the vendors /liliWork with various internal teams to help drive tools and process improvements that affect vendor/catalog management workflows /liliDrive appropriate data oriented analysis, adoption of technology solutions and process improvement projects to achieve operational and business goals /liliEnsure high quality standards for interviewing and hiring employees at all levels of the organization /liliWork with internal Amazon teams/vendors to improve operational aspects of their business in providing a great consumer experience /liliConduct deep dive analysis on the handled issues and publish recommendations and action plans based on data to prevent future failure /liliProvide thought leadership around planning, roadmaps and execution /liliSupport the launches of new programs, categories and features /liliEnsure that all in-house systems and procedures are updated, revised and modified /li /ulh3Basic Qualifications /h3p- 2+ years of program or project management experiencebr/- Experience using data to influence business decisionsbr/- Bachelor's degreebr/- Speak, write, and read fluently in English /ph3Preferred Qualifications /h3p- Knowledge of analytics statistical tools such as SAS, PowerBI, SQL ETL DW conceptsbr/- Experience back office operations, escalation management and troubleshooting environmentsbr/- Experience in design and execution of analytics projects /ppOur inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
