Experteer Overview
As a Programmatic Product Consultant at dentsu in Milan, you help drive digital growth for clients by combining platform expertise with strategic thinking in programmatic environments. You’ll work within the Media Product & Innovation unit to develop high-performance product solutions across new media, data, tech, and creative areas. You will collaborate with stakeholders to optimize campaigns, report insights, and promote programmatic initiatives in emerging channels. This role offers a chance to influence product direction and scale innovative media solutions.

* Execute campaigns, monitor performance, optimize activities, and generate insights/reports for stakeholders
* Promote programmatic activities internally with a focus on emerging channels (CTV, DOOH, web radio)
* Maintain knowledge of best practices in programmatic/biddable ecosystems including DSPs, SSPs, DMPs
* Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Responsabilità
* At least 2 years in media agencies with exposure to online marketing and digital advertising (Display, CPM, CPA)
* Experience in a Trading Desk is a strong plus
* Knowledge of programmatic/biddable ecosystem and ad server tracking systems
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Internet tools, and Outlook
* Fluency in written and spoken English
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
* Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and collaborative team player
* Ability to meet deadlines with a positive attitude
