We are looking for
We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic Swedish-speaking
Sales Executive
(m/w/d), who desires to contribute to the growth and success of our Sales Team.
Your role in BizAway
FULL CYCLE POSITION: you will manage the full sales process, from first contact to contract signature
Research and prospect for new clients in Sweden.
Run outbound campaigns via phone, email, and other touchpoints.
Present our solution to a range of people (C-Levels, HR Directors, Office Managers, Travel Managers, etc.).
Present live demos of our platform to qualified prospects
Lead negotiations with potential clients from Demo to Contract
Forecast Sales Revenue, giving full visibility of your deal pipeline
Be an evangelist of our solution, also attending fairs and public events
Work with the SDRs and the whole Sales Team in a positive feedback loop.
Proactively propose actions, strategies, and campaigns to improve the sales process and enhance growth.
Your basic qualifications
You have an excellent level of English and you are native in Swedish
You have at least 1 year of experience in a similar role

Proactivity: you actively propose value-creating solutions and are not afraid of mistakes
