Inside the Commercial & Business development Area we are looking for a Sales Manager responsible for the Defence Market.
The selected candidate will be responsible for the following activities:
* Overall responsibilities for defining the strategic guidelines and roadmap to achieve business goals in the defence market
* Perform customer hunting activities to reach new clients
* Size market opportunities and monitor key market and competitive drivers to inform product and marketing strategies
* Identify commercial opportunities and product/service development requirements
* Establish business targets and manage financial duties, if required
* Manage people within the reference perimeter
* Collaborate with the Head of Commercial & Business development Area to continuously improve business profitability and to enhance Company values and synergies
* Ensure the analysis, identification and strategy setting of commercial prospects and define the commercial plan for the assigned market
Requirements:
* Bachelor/Master Degree in Engineering or related fields
* From 8 years of experience in the role
* Experience in the Space industry context
* Deep knowledge of Italian defence market
* Passion for sales and business negotiation
* Entrepreneurial mentality
* Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills to ensure alignment with strategic objectives and consistent delivery of results
* Good knowledge of the English language is required (level B2+/C1)
* Availability for business trips, if necessary
