PbPosition: /b Solution Engineer/Technical Sales /ppbBase Location: /b Italy (Milan preferred) /ppAlternatively, Benelux/Germany/Japan/Spain/Nordic /ppbr/ppbA. Main Purpose of the Role: /b /pp1. Responsible for pre-sales technical support, bidding support and other work. /pp2. Responsible for the application design of photovoltaic/energy storage system. /pp3. Compile Photovoltaic and Energy Storage system technical proposal according to different product types. /pp4. Lead conversation with customers and participate in technical marketing activities. /pp5. Lead conversation with local technical partners/suppliers and coordinate internal resources to complete integrations. /pp6. Collect user requirements, industry trends, technology evolution, and organize the integration of technical solutions. /pp7. Customer on-site Service such as on-site training, system commissioning and pre-start work. /ppbr/ppbB. Duties and Responsibilities: /b /pp1.Project: /ppSupport Sales Team and coordinate with product team to define technical solutions. /ppCreation of technical proposal including system description, scope of work, product specifications. /ppTracking the status of project status and progress. /ppCreation of Maintenance Procedures for Mars Renewable scope for supply equipment /ppProject technical and economic study, bidding strategy defining. /ppProvide on-site training services and technical support on system commissioning pre-start work. /ppbr/pp2.Customer: /ppProvide technical support upon request from commercial team to help the success of product sales. /ppPerform technical sales activities and Interface directly with customers to answer questions and resolve issues. /ppDevelop and maintain the customer relationship on the technical interface, influence the key personnel of technical decision-making. /ppPerform feasibility studies on BESS project and present the analysis to customers. /ppbr/pp3.Market: /ppCollect feedbacks on the typical application cases of Mars product to support case study and publicity planning. /ppPerform product launching activities, and supports the exhibition, forum and other marketing activities. /ppbr/pp4.Product: /ppCollect customer and market feedback on Mars product, propose suggestions on product function and performance optimization, and provide input for product planning. /ppCollect information such as market demand change, technical trend, competitor's product technical analysis, technical marketing activity planning and implementation plan. /ppPerform Root Cause Analysis on system failures. /ppbr/pp5.Capability building: /ppSelf-professional ability improvement, internal experience sharing, sales training, etc. /ppbr/ppbC. Requirements: /b /pp1.Bachelor’s degree or above in electrical engineering, electronic technology, power system, automation or related science and engineering. /pp2.More than 3 years of relevant industry experience is preferred; Presales technical position or more than 1 year of pre-sales related experience in the field of Photovoltaic System, Electric System, Power Electronics. /pp3.Basic knowledge of photovoltaic system and Energy storage system and design capability of product application; Familiar with product solution process and relevant business processes. /pp4.Strong organization and excellent time management skills. /pp5.Strong verbal and written communication skills in English. /pp6.Automation, SCADA programming experience is preferred. /pp7.Power systems Design (e.g. Power System Analysis, Power system protection, Grid analysis) is preferred. /pp8.Energy Storage working experience is preferred. /pp9.An understanding of variable frequency drives (AC DC) and their applications is preferred. /pp10.Experience in product development and design and familiarity with relevant simulation software (such as PVsyst, Matlab, Digsilent or PSS/E) are preferred. /p
