Listed on the Milan Stock Exchange, it is present in more than 50 countries around the world and employs about 30,000 people of over 130 nationalities. /p h3Project /h3 pNeptun /p h3Job Title /h3 pCommissioning Electrical Supervisor /p h3Location /h3 pIndonesia (Onshore) and Romania (offshore) /p h3Job Description: Mission /h3 ul liEnsure safe commissioning, start‑up and maintenance execution of Electrical equipment, compliant with HSE rules, legislative regulations and international standards. /li liSupervise the execution of electrical works, both performed by subcontractors or with direct hiring. /li liSet and promote leadership in safety attitudes. /li liBring leadership and supervision and provide support to team members in terms of technical and individual performance capability. /li liBe responsible for supporting the close out of any gaps in the competency standards for all team members. /li /ul h3Tasks /h3 h3Commissioning and Start‑Up Execution /h3 ul liEnsures that all activities within his area of responsibilities are done in full compliance with the HSE requirements. /li liActively contributes to Safety Walkdown. Prepares incident reports and contributes to investigations. /li liApproves work permits during his shift as per procedure to enable the execution of scheduled works. Ensures the works are conducted in compliance with approved safety and quality standards. /li liIdentifies, reports and follows up risks within his area of responsibility. /li liIdentifies and controls hazards to avoid damage to equipment, personnel and the environment. /li liSupervises the Pre‑Commissioning, Commissioning Start‑up activities according to the approved procedures and issues reports. /li liSupports the specialists and the Vendors for the execution of the activities. /li liCoordinates the Electrical Sub‑Station with the Process Area. /li /ul h3Maintenance Execution /h3 ul liEnsure that the services are carried out in strict compliance with Company and Client current HSE rules. /li liPlan Preventive and Corrective Maintenance operations (routine and short‑term). /li liCoordinate all Contractor personnel for the smooth execution of the services. /li /ul h3Maintenance planning /h3 ul liAnticipate, plan and request the logistical means necessary for smooth maintenance operations, taking into account the various constraints when planning and carrying out operations. /li liTake part of site coordination meetings. /li liEnsure the Preparation of Maintenance reports for submission to Company. /li liEnsure the movement of spare parts according to the requirements of Maintenance operations. /li liCheck and validate all technical reports in CMMS and ensure work history is comprehensively recorded in line with CMMS data quality requirements. /li liCarry out appropriate reporting, on the progress of maintenance operations and, if necessary, on difficulties encountered. /li liEnsure the Contractor Personnel complete and record all handovers (daily, weekly and rotation). /li /ul h3Technical Support / Methods /h3 ul liEnsure the appropriateness of the operating and maintenance procedures employed by the crews and, if necessary, suggests improvements. /li liEnsure coordination between maintenance Operations and Preparation teams. /li liKeep an up‑to‑date list of works that cannot be performed except during inspections of machines or shutdowns. /li liKeep files of requests for studies of modifications and improvements. /li liSuggest corrective measures if a Maintenance backlog could become unmanageable. /li liMaintain a permanent anticipation on the potential problems that could occur in the production plant, with close relationship with other sections, in order to prevent non‑productive or non‑efficient operations. /li /ul h3Team Leading, be responsible for the team on site, specifically /h3 ul liOrganize the rotation schedules of the team. /li liIdentify the training needs of the team and make training requests as appropriate. /li liPropose all necessary adjustments related to the Nationalization plan. /li liPropose appraisal and Competence assessment for the staff. /li liSet expectations, coach and mentor technicians with regards to acceptable attitudes and behaviours. /li /ul h3HSE /h3 ul liDemonstrate commitment to safety through language, behaviour and actions. /li liEnsure the correct behaviour of the team in accordance with the general safety regulations of the subsidiary and, if needed, take the necessary corrective measures. /li liEnsure all necessary controls to mitigate risks and / or eliminate hazards. /li liPerformance monitoring via regular observation of working practices, assessing compliance with safe systems of work and work instructions. /li /ul h3Education /h3 pMaster's Degree / bachelor's degree in Engineer /p h3Languages /h3 pEnglish Language skills required /p h3Technical Knowledge /h3 pCommissioning /p h3What else should you know? /h3 pExperice as Lead /p h3What we can offer to you /h3 ul liAssigment till June 2026 (subject to extension according to Company needs) /li liCorporate Benefits: We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance. /li liOur One Saipem Way soft skills model leverages on skills development, career growth, opportunities to innovate through complex challenges by promoting communication and collaboration to achieve common goals. /li /ul h3Additional Information /h3 pWe embrace diversity!
