The Amazon Grocery Logistics team is seeking a Supply Chain Manager within the Delivery Packaging team to manage both strategic and cross‑functional workstreams across the business with a focus on supply chain optimization. In this role, a candidate will work across Procurement, Finance, Operations, and external vendors to lead novel projects that change the way that Amazon Grocery Logistics manages non‑inventory and packaging supplies. The role requires an ability to handle ambiguity, manage a broad set of stakeholders, and connect operational constraints into processes related to the programs that you own. We are seeking a candidate with a proven Program Management skill set, and preferably experience in either Procurement or Supply Chain.
Key job responsibilities
* Develop mechanisms to enable scalable vendor management
* Own performance reporting of KPIs and manage associated data pipelines
* Scale innovative supply strategies for non‑inventory across the Amazon Grocery network
* Invent & simplify processes to drive decision making in highly ambiguous situations
Basic Qualifications
* 1+ years of program or project management experience
* 1+ years of supply chain experience
* Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business, engineering, finance, or related technical or quantitative field
* Knowledge of Excel at an intermediate level (e.g., pivot tables & charts, multiple‑criteria lookups, nested logical/IF formulas, data cleansing, array formulas)
* Knowledge of SQL
Preferred Qualifications
* Knowledge of Lean principles and DMAIC methodology
* Experience in MS Access and SQL
* Experience in requirement gathering and ability to write clear and detailed requirement documents

The base pay for this position ranges from $57,800 per year in the lowest geographic market up to $106,100 per year in the highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job‑related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
