In this role, you\'ll work directly with customers, ensuring timely quotations, providing technical support, and coordinating effectively to maximize customer satisfaction and drive revenue growth. /p pThis addition to our team is key to strengthening our market presence, enhancing responsiveness to customer needs, and achieving the ambitious growth targets we\'ve set for the Italian market. /p pbLet\'s Go, together! /b We offer a dynamic environment where individual contributions and inventions are valued and provide opportunities for training and self-development. /p h3In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be: /h3 ul libQualifying customer requests /b to ensure quotations meet their application and operational needs. /li libPreparing accurate and timely quotations /b, ensuring technical and commercial validation to offer the best overall solution. /li libFollowing up on quotations /b and supporting Outside Sales in driving opportunities forward. /li libNegotiating sales orders /b within the agreed delegation of authority and company guidelines. /li libUsing CRM tools effectively /b, maintaining accurate and complete customer and quotation records. /li liEnsuring bPurchase Orders /b are commercially complete and compliant with internal procedures for order entry. /li libProviding technical and commercial support /b by answering customer questions, advising on solutions, and coordinating with manufacturing sites or Product Specialists on specific requests. /li libMaintaining professional and ethical standards /b by complying with Emerson\'s Trade Compliance, Quality Management, and Ethics policies, while continuously developing knowledge through training and KPI-focused performance. /li /ul h3Who You Are: /h3 pYou are a technically skilled and customer-focused engineer with a strong understanding of industrial solutions and a passion for delivering tailored, high-impact proposals. You thrive in collaborative environments, easily bridging technical and commercial needs. Proactive and detail-oriented, you take ownership of challenges and drive results with precision and clarity.
