As Project Quality Engineer you will plan and execute quality activities within EPC-like projects in Prysmian's Transmission Division, coordinating QA/QC tasks with internal teams, suppliers and contractors. You’ll develop Project Quality Plans, ensure contractual and regulatory compliance, and drive improvements, audits and root‑cause resolution. You will engage with clients on quality aspects, support tendering and project execution, and promote lessons learned to strengthen delivery. This role combines hands‑on quality leadership with cross‑functional collaboration and a focus on project success.

* Plan and implement quality activities within projects, coordinating QA/QC tasks
* Prepare and ensure compliance of Project Quality Plans, QC Plans and Project Quality Procedures
* Collaborate with manufacturing plants on Inspection and Test Plans and monitor product quality
* Assess supplier/subcontractor quality plans during tender and execution
* Plan and perform quality audits across project processes, plants, suppliers and subcontractors
* Manage non‑conformities, client audits, complaints and root‑cause analysis
* Promote improvements, lessons learned and best practices
* Prepare project quality reporting and data analysis (KPIs, NCs, complaints)
* Support contract review and project close‑out in line with requirements
* Coordinate company‑wide quality reporting and tendering activities
* Collaborate with company Quality for reporting and governance
Responsabilità
* Quality management experience in EPCI environments including manufacturing/production, land sites and/or vessel operations
* Strong knowledge of ISO 9000 standards; auditing experience preferred; lead auditor is a plus
* Knowledge of problem‑solving and RCA techniques
* IEC standards, PMI, risk management; Lean Six Sigma knowledge/certification a plus
* Team player with analytical and problem‑solving skills
* Proficient in English (written and spoken); other languages a plus
* Travel about 30%
