You act as a great host and create a memorable stay for our guests. You are in charge of welcome and departure processes from A to Z, managing check-ins and check-outs to ensure the best experience and optimize hotel occupancy. You respond to guests' inquiries via personal contact and phone, providing advice on local attractions, activities, and additional services. You handle operational and administrative tasks such as invoicing, hour registration, online reputation management, and quality checks. You work in a team and are willing to take on occasional tasks in the F&B area (breakfast, dinner, bar). You enjoy a diverse working environment and are flexible to work weekdays, weekends, day, evening, and night shifts. YOUR PROFILE
You have initial experience and are passionate about hospitality (at least one year). You have good knowledge of front office systems (ASSD, Fidelio, SIHOT). You possess an outgoing personality and enjoy working in a bustling, dynamic environment, performing various tasks. You are a people person, enjoy helping others, and creating unforgettable experiences for our guests. You are a team player, ready to assist colleagues and tackle challenges together. You can work in shifts and are available on weekends and at night. You are fluent in English (B2) and Italian. WHAT MEININGER OFFERS
