Night Manager, you will oversee all hotel operations during the night, ensuring the safety, comfort, and satisfaction of our guests. Acting as the senior leader on duty, you will manage the Front Office night team, resolve guest issues, coordinate with all departments, and uphold the hotel’s luxury standards while maintaining seamless continuity between day and night operations. Your main responsibilities will include: • Supervising and supporting all overnight front office and guest service operations • Acting as the primary point of contact for guests during nighttime hours • Ensuring safety, security, and emergency procedures are followed and documented • Managing guest arrivals and departures, VIP treatment, and service recovery • Monitoring hotel occupancy, room allocation, and operational reports • Overseeing nightly financial procedures in coordination with the Night Auditor • Conducting property walkthroughs and ensuring all areas meet luxury standards • Addressing guest requests, incidents, and operational issues with professionalism • Preparing detailed handover reports for the morning management team • Coordinating with Housekeeping, Maintenance, and Security during night operations • Supporting decision-making in the absence of senior management What We’re Looking For • Previous experience as Night Manager, Assistant Front Office Manager, or senior Front Office role in luxury hospitality • Strong leadership, customer service, and conflict-resolution skills • Solid understanding of hotel operations, guest relations, and safety procedures • High emotional intelligence, discretion, and ability to work autonomously • Excellent time management and problem-solving abilities • Proficiency with PMS and hotel management systems • Fluent in English and Italian (additional languages are a plus) • A guest-focused, responsible, and calm approach to nighttime operation challenges What We Offer • A leadership role within one of Europe’s most prestigious luxury properties • Opportunity to work in a stunning historical resort immersed in art, culture, and heritage • Competitive compensation and benefits package • Professional development and training opportunities • Accommodation, meals, uniform, and other on-property benefits • A dynamic, supportive, and international team environment Apply Now Ready to advance your career in luxury hospitality and lead our overnight operations?
