Our Mobility team is expanding in Europe. We have an exciting opportunity for a Project Manager (Associate Director) to join our Aviation team on a full-time permanent basis in Rome, Italy. As Associate Project Director you will represent Mace whilst interfacing with our key clients. You will ensure the successful delivery of key assignments and defined business areas, providing strategic direction and monitoring delivery aligned with overall vision and objectives. This project will involve managing a new lounge project, circa 1300sqm, in a previously occupied space which will require demolition. /ph3Responsibilities /h3ulliRepresent Mace and interface with key clients to ensure successful delivery of key assignments and defined business areas. /liliProvide strategic direction and monitor delivery aligned with the overall vision and objectives. /liliManage a new lounge project (~1300 sqm) in a previously occupied space requiring demolition. /li /ulh3You’ll Need To Have /h3ulliRecognized degree in related discipline. /liliMinimum 20 years professional experience in large/complex projects. /liliMinimum 10 years professional experience in airport projects (experience in operational airport environment preferred). /liliMinimum 10 years site experience. /li /ulh3You’ll also have /h3ulliHold a professional membership. /liliExtensive experience in the successful delivery phase of projects and programmes in the Aviation sector. /liliStrong commercial and financial acumen. /liliLeadership and management experience of large, diverse teams. /liliExperience of managing relationships with key senior stakeholders. /liliKnowledge of how carbon and sustainability considerations will shape the outlook of the projects you are working on. /liliHold a valid European passport or Right to work in Italy. /li /ulpbMace is an inclusive employer /b and welcomes interest from a diverse range of candidates.
