LuxExperience is now seeking a talented Group Commercial Manager to join the team. This role will support the Head of Group Commercial and work closely with the team, coordinating across Mytheresa, NET‑A‑PORTER and MR PORTER the commercial relationship of the largest brand partnerships, budget planning, stock monitoring, pricing and trading calendar and other commercial functions to deliver Group revenue growth and margin objectives.

Reporting into: Head of Group Commercial
What you’ll be doing
Budget Planning
- Support with the mapping and design improvements to OTB budget planning processes across all Stores to define streamlined ways of working across the Group.
- Set up reporting and monitor delivery of seasonal budget plans which meet Group targets and reflect individual ambitions of each Store.
- Set up reporting and monitor progress of each Store’s orders commitments throughout the season in line with the plan and draft suggested actions where necessary.
Stock Monitoring & Gross Margin Management
- Set up reporting and monitor stock health across all key brands and across seasons, flag forecast risks as well as opportunities on a weekly basis, including ST evolution and Margin monitoring, with a view to the trading Calendar.
- Set up reporting and monitor gross margin trading evolution in line with Store financial goals, flagging risks and opportunities, in consideration with Promotional Calendar and pricing strategies.
Pricing & Trading Calendar Execution
- Support with the coordination of Group pricing strategy, defining and sharing guidelines with the Stores based on Brand’s RRP strategies and market evolution.
- Design, develop and maintain price management tools and processes to maximize gross margin.
- Work with Stores’ teams to maintain the price files adjusting for channel restrictions, exchange rates and price updates throughout the seasons.
- Support in definition and maintenance of a clear documentation on Pricing Strategy.
