PbDrilling /b b Wells QA/QC Engineer /b /ppbr/ppbr/ppDuration: 1 year /ppService start: ASAP /ppLocation: bTotal Energies EP Italia offices in Guardia Perticara for Tempa Rossa Site Basilicata /b /ppbr/ppWork schedule: 8 up to 10 hours/ day x 5 days/week /ppbr/ppbSCOPE OF WORK: /b /ppbr/ppSurvey and support the Services Companies on the Drilling Support Base to establish a robust QA-QC management system that aims at eliminating the NPT. /ppWill define yearly objectives with drilling manager and global orientation form OT/TL/DW/OPS/QAQC. /ppbr/ppbMAIN RESPONSIBILITIES /b /ppbr/ppProvides QAQC support to the Drilling Wells service contracts Technical Administrators to ensure the following: /ppbr/pulliEnsure that purchasing of equipment comply with CR-OT-DW-350; Check all PO and SO to confirm matching with QAQC MS. /liliEnsure technical / quality receiving inspection of goods while received from vendors /liliPerform Quality Audits to vendors and Drilling contractors to assess the status of compliance to contract requirements, in link with OT/TL/DW/OPS/QAQC. /liliDefine proper technical specification for relevant storage of DW equipment’s, as per OT/TL/DW/OPS/QAQC recommendations. /liliImplement / Enforce and update Service Quality Plans (SQP) as per the API Q2 or similar standard and as per the service criticality requirement for all service contracts, in link with OT/TL/DW/OPS/QAQC. /liliPromote / follow API Q2 audit plan for all the service contracts. (Schedule, objectives) /liliSet and coordinate service Inspection at contractor locations, based on SQP, with witness by her inspector crew or ad hoc inspection with support OT/TL/DW/OPS/QAQC. /liliBefore equipment RIG mobilization: Set a release process under DW QAQC to confirm that equipment is ready to be used (Final Released Note) from stock or from Service Contractors sites. Also include waiver system under direct DM authority (approval) /liliImplement / follow / update an inspection reporting system (IQ-ALL) for all proprietary equipment’s prepared at the base /liliEnsure NPT’s are recorded into IQ-ALL, rated and eventually properly converted into GRAL’s. Register in and update into an action tracking database (IQ-ALL) – Use of NPT tracker (IQ-NPT), use of GRALs’ module of IQ-ALL for events within criteria of entry and for follow up on close out of actions (NPT related Incidents, Field NCR, OFI...) /liliProvide support and expertise for service/equipment failure investigation (Troubleshooting, Cause Tree Analysis, etc.) /liliPerform monthly reviews with each service contractor to track GRAL’s progress. /liliEnsure that all contracted services are subject of Service Scorecard and SQM. /liliTrack progress on all GRAL (continuous improvement) at Drilling and Wells scope /liliRespond to operation needs for any QAQC / Standards / Actions support. /liliActively participate SQM for performance review /liliInterface with HQ for manufacturing QAQC standards and potential issues on delivery /liliProvide monthly reporting to OT/TL/DW/OPS/QAQC. /liliSupport operation team to perform audit of Rig Management system, including PMS, and track progress of audit planning and progress on corrective actions /li /ulpbr/ppbREQUIREMENTS: /b /ppbr/pulliAt least 15 years working experience on Oil and Gas: /liliAt least 10 years of QAQC experience with a minimum of eight associated with drilling activity (OCTG, Equipment procurement, Service contract QAC) /liliGood communication skills in Italian and English, both verbally and written /liliAdequate knowledge of general drilling equipment but also completion and Well intervention services. /liliGood global knowledge of Drilling and Wells operations on RIG /liliLead Auditor certification inISO9001/APIQ1 /liliPractitioner certification for APIQ2 /liliCertification mandatory by OT/TL/DW/OPS/QAQC /li /ul
