Product Sales Expert (PSE) SLS – Specialty Lab Solutions
Responsibilities
· You will regularly visit active customers to provide specialist clinical support, monitor customer satisfaction level, and develop new opportunities.
· You will proactively work with the team (including Territory Sales, Marketing, Project Management, and Consulting Solution) to identify business opportunities based on current opportunities.
· You will define intervention priorities and support activities based on current opportunities, sharing the action plan with the relevant Territory Manager and involving all necessary company functions when needed.
· You will analyze the customer's organizational and technological situation (workflow analysis) and configure the best solution to meet customer needs.
· You will effectively present products and solutions to customers, highlighting the differentiating elements of the proposal.
· You will create a network with laboratory managers and relevant sector Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).
· You will contribute to the training, continuous updating, and support of the sales force.
· You will produce detailed reports on project progress according to the schedule agreed with the various company functions.
· You will develop technical and project proposals in response to public tenders and negotiations with private customers.
· You will contribute to the formulation of economic offers, particularly regarding analytical configuration and consumables.
· You will provide technical support in disputes.
· You will collect data on competitors and monitor market dynamics.
Your Profile
· Experienced professional with at least 3-5 years of previous similar expertise in the Diagnostics sector, specifically in Specialty Lab Solutions Plasmaproteins and Allergy.
· Demonstrated expertise in cross-functional environments, providing commercial expertise and innovative solutions to meet customer needs.
· Office Package knowledge
· Fluent in English written and spoken
· Based in Southern Italy, preferably in Puglia or Campania
· Availability to travel (up to 50% of working time) within the Italian country
· Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to thrive in complex organisational settings with matrix structure
