We are looking for an ambitious and driven Enterprise Sales Manager (ESM) to join our growing team in Italy. You’ll be responsible for managing the full sales cycle - from prospecting and cold outreach to negotiation and deal closure - while collaborating closely with internal teams to deliver tailored workspace solutions for each client. This is a remote role, offering you the flexibility to manage your own territory and work with both national and international clients. Develop and maintain a healthy sales pipeline of qualified opportunities. Lead the full sales process from initial contact to contract signature. Collaborate with internal sales and operations teams to ensure smooth delivery. Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in consultative or solution-based sales. Proven hunter mentality - comfortable with cold calls, outreach, and new business generation. Experience in commercial real estate, flexible workspaces, or B2B services is a plus. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, both in Italian and English.
