For an Italian global cruise company we are looking for a CRM Project Manager. The CRM Project Manager will work closely with the technical stakeholders and the CRM Manager on a global transformation program with particular focus on project delivery strategy, plan, and execution, ensuring quality and time to market under time constraints. He/she will work both at tactical and strategic levels and will be responsible for support of mission-critical enterprise CRM solutions, and design, development, implementation, and support of change requests. Key Responsibilities - Ensures projects follow specific project plans and timelines delivering status report. Anticipates the identification of risks and proposes mitigation solutions. - Certifies project work meets all contractual service levels associated with functional and technical designs, quality assessment and incident resolution. - Monitors and evaluates the performance of development team members to help streamline tasks - Acts as integration lead and able to demonstrate clear approach to methodology as well as technical capabilities - Works with globally distributed teams to analyse, trouble shoot and isolate root cause of critical delivery issues when they arise. - Work with internal and external teams from project kick off to delivery; - Manage communication with all relevant stakeholders throughout project delivery; - Researches technologies and best practices to support continuous improvements in quality and efficiency of processes. - Develops change and release documentation to support change management processes. Documents procedures for deployment of products in a manner such that future deployments and re-deployments are repeatable with a high degree of success Job-Requirements: skills, competencies, experience - 7 years of experience in CRM domain. - Proven experiences in delivering full end-to-end solutions across multiple CRM platforms. Knowledge in Customer Engagement, Marketing Campaign Automation and CRM processes - Extensive experience with at least one CRM platform among Salesforce and MS Dynamics. - Ability to identify risk, probability, impact and how to mitigate risks. - Capacity to manage multiple, concurrent projects, activities, and tasks under time constraints. - Facilitates and maintains stakeholder confidence in the decision-making process. Strong critical / analytical thinking and problem-solving skills. - Demonstrated relationship management and leadership skills with a superior ability to make things happen using influence and negotiation with stakeholders - Excellence in communicating and presenting complex information to technical and non-technical stakeholders, both verbally and in written form. - Proactive team player with effective time management skills; ability to work independently, manage multiple deadlines/projects and keep key players informed - Fluent in English, both oral and written. Any additional European language is an advantage. - Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems or comparable discipline. Right to work in Italy
