MISSIONS
The Guest Experience Executive is responsible for enhancing the overall guest journey by providing personalized attention, anticipating needs, and ensuring every interaction reflects the warmth and elegance of Hotel La Palma. This role involves actively engaging with guests throughout the property, creating memorable moments, and serving as a key point of contact for feedback and service recovery. The Guest Experience Executive is both a host and a brand ambassador, representing management in the public areas and ensuring the highest standards of hospitality are consistently delivered.
PROFILE
* Senior experience in luxury hospitality, guest relations, or high‑end sales.
* Proven ability to build rapport with international guests, especially from North and South America.
* Fluent in English; Spanish or Portuguese is a strong asset.
* Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
* Naturally warm, confident, and emotionally intelligent.
* Strong understanding of luxury service standards and cultural nuances.
* Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
