We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Social Media & Brand Manager to take ownership of our corporate social media presence and drive brand growth within the deep‐tech and AI ecosystem. Reporting directly to the Head of Product Marketing, this role combines strategic oversight of our social channels with hands‐on content creation. Key Responsibilities Take full ownership of our social media presence across LinkedIn and X, from strategy to execution, without relying on external agencies. Manage daily operations of corporate social channels, including content planning, publishing, and community engagement. Contribute to other corporate communication touchpoints, including internal blog, newsletters, and external publications. Deliver high‐quality, original Italian copy for product marketing initiatives such as launches, website content, presentations, white papers, and collateral (without agency support). Collaborate closely with product marketing, design, and leadership teams to ensure consistent and impactful storytelling. Support the creation of marketing collateral and sales enablement assets, translating technical concepts into business‐oriented messaging. Participate in the crafting of value propositions and product messaging in collaboration with the product marketing team. Work closely with designers and video producers to ensure cohesive storytelling across written and visual formats. Help maintain a consistent brand voice and messaging framework across Italian‐language channels and touchpoints. Stay up‐to‐date with how deep‐tech and AI companies communicate, monitoring trends, competitors, and linguistic evolutions in the market. Requirements Native‐level Italian and excellent command of English (both written and spoken). Minimum 3 years of experience in social media management within tech, deep tech, or AI industry. Proven ability to develop and execute social media strategies that drive engagement and brand visibility. Strong copywriting skills in Italian, with the ability to adapt tone and style for diverse formats and audiences. Solid understanding of the technology and AI landscape, with the ability to translate complex topics into accessible, engaging content. High level of proactivity, ownership, and autonomy in managing projects end‐to‐end. Ability to grasp complex technologies and turn them into clear, engaging, and business‐relevant language.
