Experteer Overview
In this role you will lead the FRITES lifecycle marketing and paid media strategy to fuel customer growth in France, Italy, and Spain. You will own end-to-end planning across acquisition, onboarding, retention, cross-sell, and winback, working cross-functionally to translate insights into business impact. You will build an integrated lifecycle and media engine to improve activation, engagement, retention, and long-term value. * Own the FRITES lifecycle marketing strategy across the full customer journey: acquisition, onboarding, habit formation, cross-sell, retention, winback
* Lead paid media strategy and execution across key channels (search, paid social, display/video, affiliates) aligned to lifecycle objectives
* Develop segmentation and trigger strategies based on customer behavior to intervene earlier and more effectively
* Manage budgets and performance, drive ROI through continuous optimization
* Lead agency/vendors to ensure high-quality execution and accountability
* Collaborate with Product, Partnerships, Analytics, Creative, and Legal/Privacy to ensure compliant, impactful growth programs
* Oversee integrated planning for Tier 1 moments (seasonal peaks, priority campaigns) ensuring CRM and paid media work together with clear messaging and measurement
* Partner with Analytics to define KPIs, run test-and-learn agendas, and track activation, retention, and LTV
Responsabilità
* 8+ years of marketing experience with deep CRM/lifecycle and paid media expertise
* Proven track record building lifecycle programs that improve activation, retention, and customer value
* Strong experience planning and optimizing paid media across major channels with ROI accountability
* Analytical fluency and ability to work with BI/Analytics for measurement and experimentation
* Ability to lead cross-functional programs and influence senior stakeholdersExperience in privacy-first environments; GDPR/consent-based marketing familiarity preferred
* English required; Italian proficiency preferred
