Chaberton Professionals, a division of Chaberton Partners dedicated to the search and selection of Middle & Top Management profiles, is currently looking for a Technical Sales (m/f) to support the Sales Manager Germany in the development and execution of industrial refrigeration projects.
Following a comprehensive training period at the company's headquarters in Italy, the candidate will contribute to the sales process, design refrigeration systems, and manage projects through to completion.
Key Responsibilities
* Support the Sales Manager Germany in preparing technical and commercial proposals.
* Participate in the presentation of offers and technical solutions to customers.
* Carry out preliminary and executive design of industrial refrigeration systems.
* Manage projects throughout all phases: design, procurement, installation, testing, and commissioning.
* Coordinate field teams during installation and start-up activities.
* Maintain regular communication with internal departments, clients, suppliers, and site personnel.
* Travel frequently across Germany and Italy, with occasional trips within the DACH region.
* Attend trade fairs and industry events
* Contribute to progress reports and technical documentation.
Required Qualifications
* Proven experience in the industrial refrigeration sector.
* Strong technical knowledge of refrigeration machinery, components, refrigerants, and related technologies.
* Excellent spoken and written German (mandatory).
* Good command of Italian and English.
* Proficiency in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and Excel.
* Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a similar technical field.
* Strong project management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
