Overview
Experteer Overview. In this role you will help manage and optimise software assets across the organisation, working with the IT Asset Manager to ensure accuracy, compliance, and continuous improvement. You will support SAM processes, drive lifecycle efficiency, and enhance reporting and tooling. The focus is on strong governance of software estates, including security and regulatory standards. This is a hands-on, cross-functional role that adds value by reducing waste and strengthening technology investments.
Responsibilities
* 2-5 years of experience in software asset management
* Hands-on experience with ServiceNow, including SAM-related modules or workflows
* ITIL Foundation desirable
