Animal Breeding Genetic Engineer (M/F)

Reporting to the R&D; Director, you will contribute to the implementation and optimization of breeding and product development programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the EMEA R&D; team of four people
- Oversee genetic monitoring: data collection, quality control, and selection data analysis
- Optimize the breeding program to maximize genetic progress
- Implement selection protocols and ensure their proper execution
- Contribute to the preparation of Research Tax Credit (CIR) files
- Support business development by providing technical expertise to sales teams during visits with key accounts across the EMEA region

Candidate Profile
- Minimum 5 years of experience in animal breeding or genetics within a breeding company or research institute
- Master’s or Engineering degree (Bac +5) in agronomy, animal genetics, or equivalent
- Fluent in English and French
