Job Description We are looking for talented profiles for our Mobility Solutions Services. The role focuses on managing service subscriptions, billing, technical support, claim management and customer satisfaction. Flexibility and the ability to work in agile teams or projects across functional areas are valued.
Responsibilities
Manage service subscriptions: new subscriptions, subscription information, update products and services, etc.
Billing: change payment methods, handle billing incidents, invoicing and other billing-related issues.
Provide technical support on digital products using databases, troubleshooting tools, knowledge articles and other resources.
Manage claims and suggestions, and hear customer feedback on the product.
Follow up and ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications
Strong verbal and written communication skills, professional telephone etiquette and ability to handle situations efficiently and professionally.
Team-oriented mentality to satisfy sales goals and ensure 100% customer satisfaction.
Proficiency in basic computer skills and Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.).
Fluency in Italian (C2 level or bilingual) and English (B2 level) required.
Valid EU work permit and Spanish NIE number.
