Overview
Sales-focused role supporting and driving store performance, customer experience, and brand representation in adidas retail environments.
Responsibilities
- Be a brand ambassador by connecting, engaging, and inspiring customers in alignment with adidas values.
- Work collaboratively and drive store sales with the team to meet targets by delivering excellent customer service.
- Motivate, inspire, and coach team members to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve store goals.
- Take ownership and be proactive in learning by completing applicable training and applying it on the shop floor.
- Create and drive a safe and inclusive work environment where everyone feels valued and respected.
Qualifications
- 6+ months experience working in a sports or fashion retail environment.
- Knowledge of store KPIs and tools to interpret them to drive sales.
- Advanced customer service and sales skills.
- Being a team player, resilience, eager to learn & curious.
- Good communications skills in English.
