Mission Details
1. Responsible for serving existing customers and acquiring new accounts
2. Ensuring sales budget as well as VCM budget target
3. Definition of the commercial strategies coordinating with Sales Director EMEA Flex Lam, Market Managers Flex Lam, and Key Account Manager Flex Lam.
4. Market study analysis and market analyses for new innovative sales areas
5. Ensure price alignment with multi-site accounts and national accounts.
6. Develop long-term relationships by identifying the key stakeholders in the customers’ organisation and provide feedback on market trends and customer needs to the Sales Director, Market Managers, Key Account Manager, R&D, Tech support.
7. Follow customer complaints and ensure quick response from the quality department and propose commercial solution when necessary.
8. To provide: monthly sales forecast, commercial budget proposal, customer visit reports, weekly highlights, monthly reports
9. To ensure that appropriate standards of working practice are maintained - Compliance, Company Operating.
10. Optimization of the results (T.O. consolidation, margin improvement, reduction of financial risk)

11. Introduction of new products in the market /Progress in innovation by product and application.
12. Increasing sales and profitability with customers and Key Accounts.
13. Implementing the agreed sales plans, regulations and measures relating to the quality assurance
Required Profile
• Bachelor in science or business
• We are open to meet either young and more experienced (3+ years) sales or technical sales role in the Packaging market (Flexible Packaging preferred)
• Open and proactive
• Attitude to the Relationship
• Strategy definition capability
• Fluent in English, Fluent in Italian (native preferred)
