What You’ll Do Develop and manage a client portfolio focused on sectors aligned with our projects and vision Lead sales negotiations independently, from the first call to deal closure Collaborate closely with the creative and strategic teams to build tailor-made offers consistent with the agency’s identity Identify new market opportunities and activate alternative sales channels Monitor goals, margins, and results using reporting tools What We Are Looking For 3–5 years of experience in B2B sales roles, preferably in creative, digital, or agency environments Extensive commercial knowledge with an active professional network Fluent in Italian and English (C1) Ability to read the market and apply consultative sales techniques Knowledge and understanding of UK and US market needs Skilled in preparing commercial proposals Proactive, with excellent relational and negotiation skills, results-oriented Desire to be part of a growing international team Availability to work under a freelance (P.IVA) contract Location : Remote Contract type : Freelance (P.IVA) P.IVA Compensation : High commission per closed deal expense reimbursement KPI-based bonuses Start : ASAP Joining Wimage means becoming part of a dynamic, cross-functional team where creativity meets strategy, and where every project is an opportunity to grow and make a difference.
