Work Flexibility: Hybrid or OnsiteThis role will embrace teamwork and collaboration, quality performance standards, professionalism and integrity to ensure that results are timely delivered in accordance with the project objectives and implementation plan.* The Resource will cooperate with all the major functions of the Operations & Logistics department such as Customer Service Manager, Customer Service Supervisors, Customer Service Specialists, Asset Management, Warehouse, Kit Room to achieve “Best in Class” results for the assigned duties.* Ensure all Compliance, SOX, FCPA and other policies and regulations are applied and followed during the execution of the project.* Works under immediate supervision reporting to a CS Supervisor or CS Manager. **Interface Activities:*** Electronic invoice check on Edicom portal* Invoicing order entry on Internal tools* Collaborate with CS supervisors and team to support customer alignment and complete EDI integration* Support activities in the external portal (Edicom) to manage EDI order flow **Education*** Requires a high school diploma or equivalent* Commercial education as industry or office merchant or any equivalent desirable.* Intermediate communication capabilities in English are essential (verbal and writing).**Experience***Desirable:** Computer / Microsoft Office / ERP Skills *(knowledge of Oracle ERP is a plus)** Experience in Customer Service or IT roles is a plus**Competencies & Behaviors*** Fluency in **Italian** and English, both written and spoken* Excellent communication skills* Strong internal drive and motivation to make a difference and add value to an organization* Ability to work under pressure* Positive, optimistic mindset* Can-do attitude* Personal responsibilityTravel Percentage: 0%
