The Project Manager is ultimately accountable for project profit and loss. /liliEnsure project risks are correctly identified and managed. With the support of the Risk Manager, manage the periodic update of project risks and propose contingency strategies to top management. /liliEvaluate and allocate project risk contingencies as needed and agreed with team members. Contingencies are utilised with approval from the Project Manager and support from the Project Controller. /liliAct as the direct interface with the Customer for all aspects related to project management. Coordinate any direct contact between the Project Team Members and the Customer through the Project Manager. /liliCoordinate the Deputy Project Manager and Project Assistant during project execution. /liliLead key activities including : /liliApprove the master schedule and the second level schedule issued by the Project Planner; /liliAuthorize changes to the project baseline impacting costs, schedule or contractual obligations; /liliManage customer variation requests from offer preparation to negotiation; /liliApprove and manage sub-contracts or Letters of Intent relevant to Key Sub-Supplies and RSBU Legal Entities to ensure alignment with budget, schedule and contractual requirements; /liliManage the Project Monthly and Quarterly Progress Reports and related financial progress reports with the Project Controller; /liliApprove and manage communications related to the project toward the customer; /liliManage the invoicing plan; /liliOversee delivery of products to the customer; /liliLead the Project Team. /li /ulh3Required Skills / Knowledge /h3ulliProven 10+ years of working experience in project management within a complex multinational organization /liliExcellent team working attitude /liliAbility to develop strong, constructive relationships with internal and external stakeholders /liliStrong problem solving skills /liliAble to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines /liliHigh competence with Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel /liliExcellent client-facing and internal communication skills /liliExcellent written and verbal communication skills /liliSolid organizational skills with attention to detail and multitasking /liliProject Management Professional (PMP or IPMA) certification is a plus /li /ulh3Education / Qualifications /h3pBachelor 0s degree in appropriate field (Engineer). /ph3Languages /h3pEnglish (level C1 certificate or more). /ph3Additional Information /h3pWe thank all applicants for their interest; however, only those under consideration will be contacted.
