We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented candidate to join our Administration Department. The candidate will work closely with the administrative team, supporting key activities related to financial monitoring and compliance. Key Responsibilities : Support the analysis and monitoring of company cash flow; Monitor and control costs across departments, including event expenses, operational costs, and other departmental budgets; Periodic review and control of cost forecasts; Collaborate closely with department heads and event coordinators to gather detailed information on incurred costs, ensuring accurate allocation; Analyse variances between actual costs and budgeted amounts, identifying causes and reporting findings to management; Provide actionable insights and recommendations to support cost optimization and budget adherence; Contribute to the preparation and analysis of the monthly income / cost balance sheet; Monitor and update internal procedures in line with current Italian regulations and compliance requirements. Maintain accurate records of payments and cost data, supporting monthly and quarterly financial reporting. Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Finance; Experience in accounts payable, cost control, or management accounting. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and identify deviations. Communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with multiple departments. Detail-oriented; Proficiency with accounting software and MS Office tools, especially Excel. Ability to work in team and independently and manage multiple priorities.
