We are seeking a highly motivated and goal-oriented Industrialization Engineer to join the Engineering Business Unit of Stevanato Group in Piombino Dese (PD). The successful candidate will develop and provide tools, recommendations, and information throughout the equipment's lifecycle—from design (PDP) to manufacturing, testing, and installation—ensuring safety, quality, cost, and lead time (LT) standards are met. Key responsibilities include: Developing and providing relevant tools, recommendations, and information for manufacturing, testing, and installation. Supporting production to meet customer project targets and implementing preventive actions. Optimizing asset utilization across plants and scouting new manufacturing technologies to improve efficiency. Driving process alignment and supporting transversal programs on modular testing, virtual commissioning, and make-or-buy decisions. Tasks and activities: Create standard work, work instructions, SOPs, and master routing based on configuration maps. Design tools and jigs for assembly, manufacturing, and testing to meet quality, cost, and LT requirements. Participate in design reviews with ETO and sourcing teams. Participate in module qualification during manufacturing activities. Contribute to continuous improvement of production activities using lean and Six Sigma principles. Organize validation of Standard Operating Procedures for installation. Support production to achieve customer project targets. Propose corrective and preventive actions in coordination with production. Define master production data (routing, sequence, hours, etc.). Support manpower analysis for all activities. Identify and promote best practices across manufacturing sites. Apply Lean & Six Sigma to analyze data, investigate root causes of process variability, and execute improvement actions.
