Descrizione del lavoro We are currently seeking a Junior Controller as part of our dynamic Finance Team in Poirino. _ How you will contribute:_ You will assist Plant / Business Unit Controller to ensure monitoring and improving current system of controls in a rapidly growing environment with particular attention to the following tasks: - Monthly and yearly closing process - Reporting activities - Manufacturing Performance analysis - Sales and profitability analysis - Procedures and J-SOX compliance You will strickty work with several departments to monitor trends and provide guidlines to reach business targets. Qualifiche _ Who you are:_ - Master's Degree in Economics or equivalent - Good written and spoken English - Accounting and statistical elements - Good use of Ms Office, Access, Excel, SAP _ Which your Soft Skills are:_ Interpersonal and communication skills need to work efficieny in a team. Practical attitude and analytical thinking are necessary to understand data, provide explanations and solve problems with a consistently approach.
