We are looking for a Personal/Executive Assistant and Office Manager for an international financial company.

Our client is a well-established organization within the financial services. As a small size, but a part of a big banking group.

Offerta
* Provide comprehensive administrative help to senior executives, CEO and two Managing Directors, including business calendar management and travel arrangements.
* Personal Calendar for CEO
* Oversee daily office operations, ensuring that all systems and processes run smoothly and efficiently.
* Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and manage follow-up actions as required.
* Act as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring professional communication at all times.
* Everyday contact with London and other countries.
* Expense reports and archives.
* Manage office supplies and liaise with vendors for procurement and maintenance needs.
* Maintain accurate records and handle private information with discretion and professionalism.
* Assist in organizing company events and initiatives to enhance team management and morale
Competenze ed esperienza
* A strong background (at least 5 yesrs) in helping roles and office management roles within the professional services industry.
* Excellent organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks effectively.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software tools.
* Fluent in english
* Exceptional communication and relational skills to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
* A proactive and problem‑solving mindset.
* Attention to detail and the ability to maintain private when handling nformation.//
Completa l'offerta
* Salary ranging from €50,000 to €59,000 annually.
* Performance‑based bonus of up to 20%.
