Luxury Brand is looking for a Junior Talent Acquisition & Operations Specialist. You'll have the chance to support the HR Business Partner in all recruiting and operational activities.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Lead the recruiting process for all the HQ functions: job postings, CV screening, phone interviews, schedule meetings with HR Business Partner and line managers
* Build and nurture talent pipelines through market mapping, networking, and proactive outreach, ensuring a strong bench for current and future needs
* Monitor recruitment reporting, KPIs, budgets, and compliance to optimize performance.
* Update employee data in our HR systems
* Prepare contracts and other administrative documentations
* Support in all HR operations activities
EXPERIENCES
* At least 1 year of experience in Talent Acquisition (plus if from a luxury xjrgpwk brand)
* Good knowledge of HR main processes
* Multi-tasking and time management skills
* Good knowledge of Excel and PPT
* Ability to appropriately handle confidential information
* Good communication skills
* Attentive to details
* Fluent in English
