The role requires strong technical knowledge combined with excellent stakeholder, subcontractor, and site management skills to ensure all CSA works meet programme, cost, quality, and safety KPIs. /ppstrongKey Responsibilities /strong /ppstrongTechnical Delivery /strong /pulliManage the full CSA and MEP scope /liliEnsure design is correctly interpreted on site and that builds meet specification. /liliCoordinate with design teams on RFIs, technical queries, and constructability issues. /li /ulpstrongProgramme Logistics /strong /pulliDevelop and manage short-term lookahead schedules aligned with the master programme. /liliCoordinate site logistics, access routes, laydown areas, crane operations, and sequencing with other disciplines. /li /ulpstrongQuality Safety /strong /pulliImplement QA/QC procedures, inspections, test plans, and handover documentation. /liliDrive safety culture, ensuring compliance with Austrian regulations and client standards. /li /ulpstrongCommercial Contractual /strong /pulliTrack progress and productivity to support cost control and variation management. /liliMonitor subcontractor performance, ensuring timely delivery against contractual obligations. /li /ulpstrongStakeholder Team Leadership /strong /pulliLead daily coordination meetings and interface regularly with MEP, commissioning, and project controls. /liliMaintain alignment with the overall project execution plan and escalate issues proactively. /li /ulpstrongRequired Experience /strong /pulli8+ years in management for major build projects; data centre experience strongly preferred. /liliProven track record with international main contractors. /liliStrong knowledge of structural concrete, steelwork, envelope systems, and architectural packages. /liliFamiliarity with BIM, quality systems, and large-scale industrial construction. /li /ul
