Join our team as a Software Engineer and play a key role in software development, implementation, and customization. You\'ll collaborate with management and IT teams to define and deliver on technical priorities, ensuring alignment with organizational needs. You\'ll also help maintain a dynamic knowledge base of programming solutions to support a highly efficient and productive IT infrastructure.
Your Contributions
- Coordinate software projects and provide customer support for Ascom UMS products
- Implement and manage new customer support processes for software and related technologies
- Train and support team members, deliver customer training onsite, and contribute to training material and course development
- Configure and oversee external customer support, continually improving based on customer needs and technical analysis
- Manage all technical support calls, including monthly data extraction and analysis to identify recurring issues and areas for improvement
- Plan, execute, and maintain customer-focused implementation activities, ensuring effective coordination across the department
- Draft technical specifications for customer-specific developments
- Prepare required documentation to ensure compliance with legal regulations, CE marking,
