The Strategic Planning & M&A Analyst plays a key role in shaping Avolta’s long-term business and financial strategy. This position contributes to the evaluation and follow-up of Avolta’s investment portfolio, ensuring maximum value creation and timely execution of Mergers & Acquisitions projects. The role supports strategic planning through robust financial modeling, scenario analysis, and business insights, while actively partnering with cross-functional teams to assess new growth opportunities and drive the successful delivery of strategic initiatives. Build and maintain robust financial models and forecasts to support strategic planning
Deliver accurate and insightful business analysis to guide leadership decisions and respond to ad-hoc requests
Conduct scenario and sensitivity analyses to evaluate value creation opportunities and assess potential risks
Monitor strategic initiatives and coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve implementation challenges
Support Avolta’s growth strategy through active involvement in identifying, assessing, and executing M&A transactions, investments, joint ventures, and divestitures
Coordinate project streams across Finance, Operations, Legal, and Structuring to ensure seamless execution
Prepare investment memorandums, conduct valuations, and define key financial metrics and multiples
Perform risk assessments on proposed transactions and provide strategic recommendations
Partner with business leaders throughout the M&A lifecycle to ensure strategic fit, smooth integration, and value optimization
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field; 2–4 years of relevant experience in investment banking, management consulting (Big-4), or corporate finance/business development within a multinational organization
~ Solid understanding of corporate finance, valuation methodologies, and financial modeling
~ Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
