We are looking for a Data & System Specialist to strengthen our Tosca team and help bridge the gap between business and technology! Responsibilities
Coordinate central data management for supply chain based on Tosca operating model. Work with technology and business on data entry standardization from identifying required fields to naming conventions to avoid faulty entry. Control and maintain data and ensure supply chain data is accurate, consistent and complete through data validation and data audits. Create a single source of truth across EMEA and provide support in delivering the right data for business analysis. Document data flows and develop appropriate data access to support accurate KPI dashboards. Support BA and BI in developing reporting needs. Map business processes and requirements. Collaborate with users to improve system efficiency and translate requirements into system configuration and solutions. Function as the first point of contact for user experience challenges and technical issues. Support diagnosing and resolving problems and mitigate impact and downtime for users. Provide documentation and training to users on how to effectively use systems and tools provided. Monitor system performance and identify potential challenges and action plans. Knowledge of data management principles, operating systems and common business software. Problem solving and analytical skills to diagnose problems and find effective solutions. Fluent communicator with users and technical experts and ability to explain technology in simple terms to users. Attention to detail. Adaptability. Good communicational skills.
