The role is operational and hands-on, suited to someone who enjoys managing a home independently while adapting to a seasonal lifestyle.\nLocation & Seasonal StructureOctober – April (Milan)\n3-bedroom apartment\nPrincipal in residence approximately 3 days per week on average\nLive-in or live-out option available\nLower-intensity period\nPrivate bedroom with ensuite bathroom provided if live-in (with kitchen access)\nTypically 1–2 people in residence\nWorking Schedule in Milan:\nApproximately 3–4 days per week\nSchedule aligned with the Principal’s presence (may include weekends)\nFocus in Milan:\nFull housekeeping and maintaining the apartment to a high standard\nLaundry, ironing, and wardrobe care (including seasonal organisation)\nGrocery shopping and provisioning\nCooking breakfast, lunch, and dinner when the Principal is in residence (simple, healthy meals such as fish, steak, chicken, vegetables and balanced dishes)\nPreparing the property ahead of arrivals\nLight household administration (supplies, maintenance coordination)\nWhen the Principal is travelling, workload reduces accordingly and presence may not be required.\nLive-in position with private bedroom, ensuite bathroom and direct garden access\nKitchen access provided\nHigher-intensity period\nPrincipal and partner mostly in residence\nOccasional gatherings with friends and family\nWorking Schedule in Ibiza:\nApproximately 10 hours per day\nFocus in Ibiza:\nMaintaining impeccable housekeeping standards throughout the villa\nCooking daily meals (breakfast, lunch and dinner) when the Principal is in residence, focusing on fresh, healthy cuisine\nOverseeing seasonal support staff when required\nCoordinating cleaners or temporary staff during busier periods\nManaging household supplies and inventory\nCoordinating maintenance, garden and pool services\nDuring the Ibiza season, one return flight home every six weeks will be provided, with travel covered by the Principal.\nOccasional TravelOccasional short trips to the Principal’s London property may be required\nDriving licence is a plus, particularly for Ibiza\nKey ResponsibilitiesHigh-level housekeeping across both residences\nLaundry and wardrobe management\nDaily cooking when the Principal is in residence\nGrocery shopping, provisioning and inventory management\nPreparing homes ahead of arrivals\nManaging temporary or seasonal staff in Ibiza\nCoordinating contractors and suppliers\nMaintaining discretion, organisation and privacy at all times\nCandidate RequirementsProven experience working in long-term private household roles\nConfident cooking simple, fresh daily meals independently\nComfortable working independently and managing a household autonomously\nFlexible with seasonal relocation between Milan and Ibiza\nEnergetic, proactive and efficient, particularly during the Ibiza season\nItalian fluent; English required; Spanish a plus\nNote: Please ensure your CV is uploaded to your profile where applicable.
