PpWe are looking for a passionate and dedicated bBusiness Controller /b to join our Finance Team in Italy. /ppAs a Business Controller you will be the primary sparring partner for the Contract Logistics lead at our new Bologna site in Italy and will have oversight on all financial matters relating to this business unit. /ppIn this position you can be based in Bologna or Milan. /ph3How you will contribute /h3ulliOversee all financial matters in the assigned area of responsibility including profitability analysis on all required levels, budgeting and forecasting, variance analysis vs. budgets and forecasts. /liliTimely preparation of monthly reporting packs, analyse results and report in line with standardized monthly financial reporting and group requirements. /liliCompliance with corporate and IFRS accounting requirements. /liliSupport Operations / Commercials with financial analysis in contract negotiations. Adding value to the organization by metrics of measurement / KPI’s / … for decision making and efficiency improvement of the operations. /liliSupport country back-offices and regional shared services. /liliManage Working Capital efficiently. /liliSupport capex decisions with analysis and valuation. /liliImprove and automate reporting such that non added value time is reduced to a minimum. /liliTimely and accurate preparation of monthly financial MBR packs. /liliPreparation of Annual Budget and Quarterly Latest View files in conjunction with the local operations team. /liliBusiness Partner to operations and sales team. /liliBe a key contact in the annual and interim financial audits. /li /ulh3What you will bring /h3ulliBachelor’s degree (or higher) in Finance/Accounting or Business Administration. /liliMinimum 3 years' experience in a similar role. /liliExperience in a management function within the accounting / finance area and within the logistics industry, especially in bContract Logistics /b in the countries of responsibility /liliFluent in Italian and English and strong communication skills. /liliFlexible and able to push the boundaries. /liliThe ability to work on your own within a very demanding environment and support local operation team, who can develop into a well-respected business partner. /liliReliable and with integrity. /liliEntrepreneurial focused with excellent organizational and project management skills. /liliExperience with SAP / Oracle and high level MS Office. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
