As we accelerate our expansion, we are looking for a bRevenue Operations Manager to be the operational architect /b for our most diverse European territories: DACH, Italy, and Iberia. /p pThis isn't just a "support" role. At Arrive, Sales Ops is the engine room of our growth. You will have the autonomy to design the workflows, select the tools, and provide the insights that allow our regional teams to outpace the competition. If you thrive on bturning complex regional data into a clear roadmap for success /b, you belong at Arrive. /p h3bWhat You Will Do /b /h3 pAs a bRevenue Operations Manager /b for our DACH (Germany, Austria, Switzerland), Italy, and Iberia (Spain and Portugal) regions, you will be the strategic backbone of our commercial teams. You will bridge the gap between high-level strategy and day-to-day execution, ensuring our sales engines in these diverse markets run with maximum efficiency. /p pIn this capacity, you will work exclusively with the B2G (Business to Government) parking business unit. /p pThis role requires a unique blend of analytical rigor, process design, and the cultural intelligence necessary to navigate the nuances of Central and Southern European markets. /p ul lipbSales Strategy Planning: /b Partner with Regional Sales Directors to develop territory plans, set quotas, and design incentive structures tailored to the specific economic landscapes of DACH and Southern Europe. /p /li lipbPerformance Analytics: /b Build and maintain localized dashboards that track KPIs, pipeline health, and forecasting accuracy. You will provide the "single source of truth" for regional performance. /p /li lipbProcess Optimization: /b Standardize sales workflows across regions while allowing for local requirements (e.g., specific legal documentation in Germany or unique procurement cycles in Spain). /p /li lipbCRM Tech Stack Management: /b Serve as the regional administrator for our CRM (e.g., Salesforce/HubSpot). Ensure data integrity and drive the adoption of sales tools among the field teams. /p /li lipbEnablement Training: /b Collaborate with Sales Enablement to ensure regional teams are trained on global processes and have the localized collateral they need to succeed. /p /li lipbCross-Functional Liaison: /b Act as the primary point of contact between Sales and Finance, Marketing, and Legal to streamline contract approvals and lead-to-cash cycles. /p /li /ul h3bWho You Are /b /h3 pWe aren't just looking for a spreadsheet expert; we’re looking for a regional growth partner. You are a fit for this role if: /p ul lipbYou are a Data Storyteller: /b You don’t just report numbers; you find the "why" behind the data. You can translate a dip in Iberian top-of-funnel leads or a surge in DACH closing rates into actionable strategies for the leadership team. /p /li lipbYou are a Process Architect: /b You have a passion for "fixing" things. You can take a chaotic, localized workflow and transform it into a streamlined, scalable process that makes life easier for every Sales Rep. /p /li lipbYou are Culturally Agile: /b You understand that "business as usual" looks different in Frankfurt than it does in Madrid. You possess the emotional intelligence to influence stakeholders across different cultures and time zones. /p /li lipbYou are a Systems Thinker: /b You see the big picture. You understand how a change in the CRM field affects Finance, Marketing, and the end-customer experience. /p /li lipbYou are Resilient and Adaptable: /b You can pivot effortlessly between a high-level strategic planning session and a deep-dive troubleshooting call, maintaining your focus in a fast-paced environment. /p /li /ul h3bRequired Qualifications /b /h3 ul lipbProfessional Experience: /b 5+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Business Consulting, preferably within a high-growth SaaS environment. /p /li lipbLanguage Skills: /b Full professional fluency in bEnglish /b is required. Additional proficiency in bGerman, Italian, or Spanish /b is not required but a major advantage for supporting local stakeholders. /p /li lipbTechnical Mastery: /b Advanced proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce or HubSpot). Salesforce Administrator certification is highly regarded. /p /li lipbData Analytics: /b Mastery of Excel/Google Sheets and hands-on experience with Business Intelligence tools such as Tableau, Looker, or PowerBI. /p /li lipbRegional Expertise: /b A strong understanding of the business cultures, procurement habits, and regulatory environments within the DACH and/or Mediterranean markets. /p /li lipbEducation: /b A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or a related field. /p /li /ul h3bWhy Arrive? /b /h3 pWe are the global leader in digital parking and mobility solutions.
