Job Description
Manage and coordinate the PR team to achieve objectives.
Develop PR strategies for each brand in the Kering Eyewear portfolio, defining activities based on brand values and positioning, such as influencer activation, social media campaigns, and events, supporting innovative ideas aligned with market trends.
Enhance the presence and positioning of Kering Brands in main print and digital media channels worldwide.
Strengthen the placement strategy of Kering Brands with celebrities globally, in collaboration with brands and local agencies.
Ensure consistent communication of product image, aligning with brand DNA and positioning strategies.
Collaborate with brand PR teams through periodic meetings to maximize category integration opportunities.
Supervise PR activities across countries covered by Kering Eyewear, supporting market objectives through specific PR actions.
Oversee international PR agencies, managing evaluations, renewals, and network expansion needs.
Manage development of PR assets (press releases, packshots, lookbooks), ensuring quality and sharing with stakeholders.
Organize local and international Press Days, respecting company guidelines and local specifics.
Share PR plans and results with subsidiaries, ensuring visibility of activities.
Define and monitor the PR budget and expenditures related to brands.
Lead, organize, and develop your team to maximize results and growth.
Who You Are
* Master’s degree in marketing or communication.
* Over 7 years of PR experience.
* Experience in eyewear, watches & jewelry, beauty & cosmetics, fashion, or accessories preferred.
* Fluent in English and Italian; additional languages are a plus.
* Advanced skills in Excel, PowerPoint, FGPS, DMR; proficiency in editorial and press monitoring software is a plus.
* Highly organized, detail-oriented, results-focused, and respectful of deadlines.
* Strong team player capable of coordinating stakeholders and building relationships.
* Autonomous, entrepreneurial, and skilled in problem-solving.
