Overview
As Tribe Lead Growth at ING Italia, you will own and shape the digital growth agenda across the full sales funnel. You’ll lead cross‑functional teams to deliver a best‑in‑class customer experience while driving sustainable acquisition, activation, and deeper relationships. The role blends data‑driven strategy with end‑to‑end digital execution in a fast‑paced, innovative banking environment. You’ll work to scale a growth engine that aligns with ING’s mission and the Orange Code culture.

* Own and evolve the full digital acquisition strategy across the funnel
* Integrate performance marketing, SEO, paid media and conversion optimization

* Collaborate with Product Tribes on landing pages and funnels

* Provide customer insights services to Tribes and embed analysts into product squads
* Own customer analytics craftsmanship and Customer 360 data assets
* Oversee Martech stack (analytics, testing, campaign orchestration, CMS, attribution)
* Enable Martech solutions for other segments while maintaining segmentation ownership
* Develop advanced analytics models focusing on LTV and churn
* Lead a high‑performance, purpose‑driven Tribe
* Ensure compliance with ING policies and regulatory requirements
* Navigate complex cross‑functional teams in an agile, data‑driven environment
* Balance KPIs across customer outcomes, financials, risk and balance sheet
Responsibilities
* 10+ years of relevant experience in banking, fintech or digital‑first organizations
* Proven ability to lead large cross‑functional agile teams
* Deep expertise in digital growth, performance marketing and end‑to‑end funnel optimization
* Strong data‑driven mindset with hands‑on analytics, experimentation and customer insights
* Solid knowledge of MarTech ecosystems and scaling platforms
* Strong commercial and strategic acumen including pricing and incentives
* Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills
* High awareness of risk, compliance, and regulatory requirements
* Fluency in English; Italian is a plus
* International exposure and leadership experience in diverse teams
