This role requires solid expertise in Exchange Online administration, Microsoft 365 security, and tenant migrations. You will be part of a team that designs and implements solutions to strengthen collaboration, improve security, and streamline operations across multiple regions and brands. /p pAs a trusted technical specialist, you will focus on managing Exchange Online, ensuring robust security across Microsoft 365 services, and contributing to complex migration projects. You will bring hands‑on skills, a problem‑solving mindset, and the ability to work with colleagues across countries and IT departments. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liManage and configure Exchange Online, including application add‑ons, mail flows, transport rules, policies, and advanced settings. /li liImplement, support and enhance security for Exchange, SharePoint, and OneDrive, including data breach prevention, monitoring, reporting, and alerting. /li liContribute to Microsoft 365 tenant migrations, working within a project team handling multiple countries, domains, brands, and third‑party mail systems. /li liUse your good understanding of PowerShell to improve consistency, and troubleshoot issues. /li liCollaborate with local IT departments, and the CISO team to align on standards and deliver secure, reliable services. /li /ul h3Upcoming Projects /h3 ul liAssist in migrating Exchange mailboxes from each entity to the central team.blue tenant. /li liStrengthen and optimize security monitoring and response across Microsoft 365. /li liConsolidate and streamline licenses and collaboration services across the group. /li liImprove SharePoint/OneDrive collaboration and governance across regions. /li /ul h3Required Skills And Experience /h3 ul liAt least three years of experience in an Enterprise setup. /li liProven working knowledge of the Microsoft 365 suite. /li liMicrosoft M365 certifications are a plus. /li liExperience in SharePoint and file collaboration for Enterprise solutions. /li liPassion for automation and self‑service solutions. /li liSelf-sufficient and a fast learner with good problem‑solving skills. /li liProactive and able to place yourself in the mind of our end‑user. /li liFluent in English (spoken and written) is a must. /li /ul h3Preferred /h3 ul liYou’ve Enterprise‑scale experience with cloud and hybrid architecture designs, migrations, and technology. /li /ul h3Right to Work /h3 pAt any stage, please be prepared to provide proof of eligibility to work in the country you’re applying for.
