CLIENT ADVISOR
VENICE, CENTRAL AREA
OFFERING:
* Salary up to €27K, according to experience
* Great Benefits and bonus scheme
* 40 hours per week
RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Stay up to date with collections, demonstrating strong product knowledge and a results-driven approach to exceeding KPI targets.
* Support daily operations in collaboration with colleagues and management, ensuring impeccable standards on the sales floor, in the stockroom, and in VM, in line with company guidelines.
* Deliver excellent customer service with a strong focus on CRM, clienteling, and after-sales processes.
* Act as a brand ambassador, building long-term relationships with new customers and VIP clientele.
REQUIREMENTS:
* At least 2 year's experience in a premium or luxury fashion industry
* Currently working with KPIs, CRM & clients appointments
* Fluent in English language
