The role involves:During the bidding phase :Supporting the definition of procurement and fabrication strategies, project schedules, and man-hours estimation based on bidding documentation and data analysis.At project start-up :Supporting the project team in releasing project schedules related to fabrication activities and defining engineering and procurement deliverables.Contributing to the preparation of work breakdown structures and estimating man-hours.During project execution :Ensuring cycled man-hours preparation and operative planning.Monitoring actual vs. cycled man-hours and producing ETC analysis.Supporting decision-making on project modifications with qualitative and quantitative analyses.Uploading project data and feedback into yard management systems in a timely manner.Supporting continuous operational improvements.Coordinating pre-fabrication and fabrication activities for workload and manpower management.Developing multi-project production plans considering manpower and external resources.Issuing the project execution plan.Assessing the impact of subcontractor claims on time and cost.QUALIFICATIONS : Master’s Degree in Management, Industrial, Manufacturing, or Mechanical Engineering.English Language : B2 / C1 proficiency.Labour Relationship : Permanent contract.Experience : Minimum 4-7 years in production planning.IT Skills : Advanced MS Office proficiency.Soft Skills :Problem solving.Ability to work independently and in teams.Flexibility and availability for offshore rotations on vessels worldwide.Location : Willing to relocate to sites worldwide or work remotely.All interested candidates (L.903 / 03) are invited to review the privacy policy in accordance with Articles 13 and 14 of GDPR.J-18808-Ljbffr
