We are supporting a leading O&M and asset management specialist in their search for a Field Technician to support their growing portfolio of utility-scale solar projects across Italy. This is a great opportunity for someone with hands-on electrical or technical experience in solar PV who is looking to work in a supportive and structured environment with opportunities to progress into supervision or specialised technical roles.

As Solar Field Technician, you will:
* Carry out and record maintenance activities as well as identifying suitable suppliers and contractors
* Monitor Performance Ratio and Availability values and secure its compliance with the guaranteed value
* Ensure compliance of the activities with local rules and regulations
* Manage and update all necessary records and activity logs
.
Key Skills:
* Minimum of 2 years O&M experience in solar industry.
* Experience with large scale solar operation (>1MW)
* Ability to work remotely and travel to solar plants on a regular basis
* Excellent Italian and English language skills.
