Our Intelligent Consulting Hub professionals support local-based consulting teams, delivering cutting-edge expertise and measurable value to Accenture clients worldwide.
Join a global network of more than 3,000 professionals, providing specialized and strategic industry and functional consulting support from key locations in Asia Pacific, Europe, North America, and Latin America. You will work in a multinational environment, with the opportunity to implement challenging HR Digital Transformation programs for clients operating in various sectors across Europe.
In particular, you will :
1. Design new HR processes based on customer requirements, conduct user review sessions, run stakeholder meetings, and execute programs, managing plans and deliverables with entrepreneurship.
2. Work in the Human Resources field, focusing on: Organization Management, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Compensation & Benefits.
3. Deliver end-to-end digital HR adoption by leveraging data to create personalized and segmented experiences for employees and customers.
4. Manage discovery phases, define HR Business Cases, and support Proof of Concept implementation and industrialization for HR.
5. Implement digital enablement through HR Digital tools such as SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, Workday, ServiceNow, etc., focusing on HR Transformation projects with an emphasis on HR Digital tools adoption.

If you share our passion for consulting and possess the following characteristics, we look forward to hearing from you:
1. 2 to 6+ years of experience in successfully delivering Digital HR Transformation and Software implementation projects.
2. Knowledge and experience in Human Resources, especially in Organization Management, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Compensation & Benefits.
3. Familiarity with Software such as ServiceNow, Oracle HCM, SuccessFactors, Workday, Eightfold Certifications, or similar.
4. Master of Science degree, excellent English communication skills (written & spoken), and proficiency in another foreign language such as German, French, Spanish, Portuguese, or Italian (minimum B2 level).
5. Willingness to travel nationally and internationally.
