We are looking for a SAP GTS Senior Consultant to join our team responsible for application maintenance services for SAP platforms. The candidate should have a strong background in SAP GTS and experience in AMS environments.
Responsibilities
* Manage support and maintenance activities related to SAP GTS processes.
* Handle tickets, incidents, and service requests ensuring timely resolution.
* Analyze and implement enhancements and change requests within SAP GTS.
* Provide functional support and troubleshooting for Global Trade Services processes.
* Collaborate closely with clients to understand requirements and optimize existing solutions.
Qualifications
* 4+ years of experience on SAP GTS, preferably within AMS (Application Management Services).
* Strong knowledge of SAP GTS processes.
* Experience in handling tickets, evolutive activities, and change requests.
* Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with a client‑oriented mindset.
* Excellent English (both written and spoken).
